The Pagel family has been in my life for over 10 years now, and I've chronicled these three kids since they were born - what a treat!  Here they are at Minnehaha Falls in Minneapolis.

Baby Adelle | Minnesota Newborn Photographer

My cousin Kirsten recently had her second baby, little Miss Adelle.  I recently got to visit her immediate and our extended family in Winona, MN.  What a little gem!  That other sweet kid is Adelle's big brother Wyatt at 2 years old.  And the two old birds :) are my cousin (and favorite childhood playmate) and me.  So fun to see our family grow!  LYM!

Illusion Theater's Fresh Ink Series | Minneapolis Theater Photography

The Illusion Theater kicks off their Fresh Ink Series next week!  All three shows look wonderful and you can see them all!  It's been a joy working with the Illusion Theater for a number of years now!

6.15.13 Dottie & Joshua | Crowne Plaza St. Paul - Riverfront | St. Paul Wedding Photographer

Dottie & Joshua were referred to me by Dottie's sister, whose wedding I photographed a few years ago.  It was such a treat to work with the family again and get to know and document Dottie and Joshua's wedding!  With a ceremony at St.Gregory the Great Catholic Church in North Branch, they saved their "First Sight" for at the ceremony - a super exciting and much anticipated moment.  It was also extra special and important to give them time together afterwards and St. Paul was the perfect place.  Their reception was at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul - Riverfront, and despite a downpour as everyone traveled there, we all arrived for portraits and celebrations.  A big, fun wedding party and loving family and friends made for a successful and beautiful day - thanks so much you two!  Congratulations!

(Also, I'm so honored and excited to be photographing Dottie's younger sister's wedding January 2014 - we're keeping it all in the family and I love LOVE it!  ...Plus with two sisters of my own, I can relate to the three girls dynamic.  ...This of course isn't meant to leave out their brother, who was an integral part of the day as well of course!) :)

Andrea & Dan's engagement session brought us out of the city and into a country setting.  The horses, the barn, the cowboy boots - just beautiful!  Their images will fall in line perfectly with their wedding coming up in September.  Can't wait!

Sarah & Jeff | Minneapolis Engagement Photography

Sarah & Jeff's engagement session was at the Rock/Peace Gardens at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis.  A lovely, natural setting in the middle of the city - just stunning - and the location was great too (if a little bug-y)! :)

6.8.13 Sarah & Robbie | St. Paul Wedding Photographer

Sarah & Robbie's beautiful wedding day was held at the Landmark Center in St. Paul.  After making some "getting ready" images with the girls at the luxurious St. Paul Hotel and meeting a handful of super awesome, superhero groomsmen, I got to document one of my favorite "First Sights" yet.  And their lovely wedding day continued... fun and personal details, a family-style meal, super cute and totally quirky 1st dance (I could certainly relate), and so much more.  Congrats Sarah & Robbie - it's been such a treat working with you!
