Tattoo Project | Minneapolis Photographer

This is a just-for-fun personal photo project I've been working on for a few months.  Many thanks to the subjects!

I discovered early on in my photographic life that I love having people in front of my camera.  That said, when working with a fine-art, restriction-free eye, I tend toward photographing people in a way that keeps them anonymous.  In this collection, subjects are occasionally recognizable as well.  The resulting images are a collection of "people who have tattoos" mixed with "tattooed bodies."  Overall, I wanted these to be real, natural, and human.

Children's Star Gala by BeEvents | Minneapolis Event and Vendor Photography

BeEvents was at The Depot Minneapolis last weekend creating the striking scene for Children's Hospitals and Clinics' 21st Annual Star Gala.  A stunning event for a good cause, I'll definitely donate a session to their silent auction next year.  Here are just a few of my favorite decor shots:

ISES April Program | Minnesota Event Photography

The Minneapolis-St. Paul chapter of ISES hosts monthly events of either an educational or social variety.  Last month's was the big 2012 MN Star Awards, and we picked up again in April.  This program was hosted by Hotel Sofitel Minneapolis, who provided the centerpieces, linens, and lovely meal.
