This fun gathering was the Cured + Crafted - A Prosciutto di Parma Tasting & Craft Beer Pairing event held at Muse Event Center in Minneapolis.  I was brought on by the event/design company, RED Event Design.  It was pretty cool to see all these local breweries and restaurants in action and joining forces.  Here are some food, beer, and decor highlights:
